The hykelab software programs are designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Relevant programs also
include complete online documentation (accessible from the Help menu), with both conceptual topics
and step-by-step guides on using individual features.

All purchases include email and phone support as standard for two years, with no extra fees. We

Installation
The installation process for each product is designed to be simple and highly automated.
The step-by-step guide and installation wizard for both networks and single user PCs
is available on the Install page. If you have any
questions regarding the installation process or have specific hardware/software requirements,
please contact us with your query. We will do our best to assist you.

Application and Operating System Issues
Our software is built to the highest standards and is rigorously tested for correctness,
reliability, performance and compatibility. However, in the rare event that you should encounter
any unexpected application issue or a problem with operating system compatibility, please let us
know. We will prioritise your report and endeavour to resolve it as soon as possible. Once the
problem has been addressed, a software update will be made available on hykelab and
automatically applied on your computer.
