There are three ways to place an order: (1) check out through PayPal, (2) send a purchase order online, or (3) send your order by fax or post.

For all three methods, the first step is to add items to the shopping cart. Click the Show Prices button on a product page to display the list of available pricing options, and then click the Add to Cart button.

Instant Checkout Using PayPal

This is the simplest way to complete your order. Click the Check out with PayPal button on the shopping cart page to be transferred to PayPal, where you can pay using a credit/debit card or your PayPal account. After payment is completed, you will be able to immediately download and install the software.

Send a Purchase Order Online

In addition to instant checkout, schools and colleges can also send a purchase order online. Add items to your shopping cart as described above, then click the Send Purchase Order Online button on the shopping cart page. Please complete and submit the online form. We will email you license serial numbers, download links and an invoice within three working days. When you receive the email, you will be able to download and install the software on your school computers.

Payment for the invoice can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

If you also require to submit your own purchase order form or additional documents, please send them (preferably by email or fax) after you have completed the online form. Ensure that all such documents reference the hykelab order number, which will have been displayed on the purchase order confirmation page.

Send a Purchase Order by Fax or Post

School and colleges can also send a purchase order by fax or post. Add items to your shopping cart as described above, then click the Print & Send Purchase Order button on the shopping cart page. Print out and complete the displayed form, and forward it by fax or post. We will email you license serial numbers, download links and an invoice within three working days of receiving your order. You will then be able to download and install the software on your school computers.

Payment for the invoice can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Refunds

If you decide, for any reason, that you wish to cancel the purchase within 30 days of placing your order, you will receive a full refund (cheque processing fees may be deducted - this will be up to 5% of the total amount paid). If you have already activated your license, we will ask you for written confirmation that you have uninstalled the software from all of your computers.
