hykelab provides a range of educational software applications in the areas
of mathematics, computer aided design, computer programming, graphics, physics, and ICT. In
the future, we will develop new software by considering curriculum requirements
and customer requests. We welcome your comments and suggestions for new features, content or
entirely new software.

How will I receive new versions of the software?
Periodically, each software program will check for any available updates, and automatically
download and install them if required. This automatic updating applies only to minor releases of each software
(e.g. v1.2, v1.3). Major new releases (e.g. v2.0, v3.0) can be separately downloaded and installed.

How often are the programs updated?
Existing software programs are updated regularly with improvements, new features and new material. Updates are
published at least once every three months, though in some instances updates will be made available more frequently,
as necessary.

How do I install the software?
Installation is straightforward. After you order, the
Install page will display the full installation procedure,
which can be completed in a few easy steps.

Do I require to login to the website to use the software?
When you purchase a hykelab product for the first time, an account is automatically
created for you, which makes it easier to view your licenses and order history. However,
you do not require to login to install or use the software.

As a school IT administrator, do I need to provide students with the login details?
Students do not require the login details to use the software.

Can I use the programs with my interactive whiteboard?
All the programs are fully compatible with interactive whiteboards.

How much are the upgrade fees?
Automatic updates for each program are completely free. New major version upgrades are priced according
to each program and are considerably less than the cost of a full initial purchase.

Can I receive a refund?
If you choose to cancel your purchase within 30 days of placing an order, you will receive a full refund. If you have
paid by cheque, transaction processing fees may be deducted - this will be up to 5% of the total amount paid.

Can I purchase a site license for the software?
The network licensing options enable you to install the software on all the
computers at your site. The maximum number of users that can access the
software at the same time is determined by each specific license.

Are trial versions of the software available?
Yes, you can request a trial version of a particular software product by clicking
the Request Trial button on the product's web page and completing the online form. We
will send you a download link by email within 24 hours.

Can I send a purchase order?
Yes, schools and colleges can send a purchase order online, by fax, or by post. Full details
